Convergence’s TEMCare Premium Services provide in Complete Business Process Outsourcing of TEM management for Fixed Voice, Mobile Voice and Data, IoT, M2M, Unified Communications and Collaboration and Data Communications with web-based access to Convergence’s TAP – Telecom Analytics Platform and/or TMP – Telecom Management Platform (TMP). TEMCare Premium takes care of complete outsourced management of all recurring management functions such as cost center allocations, invoice acquisition, loading, monitoring and processing, invoice approvals, invoice payment configuration and interfacing to accounts payable, inventory management and validation.
Enterprise-wide access to a standard set of operational reports as well as business intelligence reporting & analytics provides analysis of communications, costs, use, trends and other measures. The service provides the highest level of outsourcing, yet customers maintain visibility into the invoice management process and retain the ability to actively participate at multiple process steps for approvals, payments, AP/GL code management, and more.

TEMCare Premium Fixed Services are delivered as a complete Business Process Outsourcing Managed Service for Fixed Voice, where the Convergence team members execute all TEM functions. Convergence staff and the customer’s TEM application users and program and business managers have access to the TEMPOR or TEMPOR Enterprise Portal and the CIMPL and/or Convergence software and other portal supported applications.
The service provides a complete Business Process Outsourcing to execute the Telecom Service Lifecycle Management (TSLM) for fixed voice assets and communications. TEMCare Premium Fixed includes access to provisioning software and provides dispute management, as well as regular deep validation and optimization auditing to identify operator invoice issues.
TEMCare Premium Mobile Services are delivered as a complete Business Process Outsourcing Managed Service for Mobile Voice and Data, where the Convergence team members execute all TEM functions. Convergence staff and the customer’s TEM application users and program and business managers have access to the TEMPOR or TEMPOR Enterprise Portal and the CIMPL and/or Convergence software and other portal supported applications.
