TEMHosting

This service gives customers the option to outsource deployment, operations and support for their Convergence TEM software application, including all hardware, network access, application and database back-up and restore procedures, system security and software monitoring.  Organizations also have the flexibility to out-task TEMSolutions according to their unique business needs. As an example, an organization may start with TEMSourcing to re-negotiate their mobile contracts, and then add more services over time for increased technology savings.

TEMOnSite

These services are operational services for customers that want Convergence to provide some or all operational services, but do not allow access to their internal systems from outside. Convergence operations team members execute on a planned basis at your premises such tasks as TEM systems management, application management, security management, invoice loading, database enrichment tasks, AP / GL data integration, report production and distribution, validation and other operational tasks. TEMOnSite services may be extended with TEM business consulting services supporting expense optimization and Active Telecom Management out-tasked services.
