Convergence’s TEMCare Base Services provide Fixed Voice, Mobile Voice and Data, IoT, M2M and Data Communications invoice acquisition and loading with web-based access to Convergence’s TAP – Telecom Analytics Platform and/or TMP – Telecom Management Platform (TMP). This service is designed for organizations wanting organization-wide consolidation of billing in a cloud environment and plan to utilize their own personnel to perform all other telecom expense management functions.
TEMCare Base Services are delivered in a SaaS type Managed Service, giving access to the TEM team through the TEMPOR or TEMPOR Enterprise Portal to the CIMPL and/or Convergence software and other portal supported applications.
The service provides however also in outsourced invoice management processing, where Convergence operational team takes care of invoice acquisition, loading and monitoring, assurance testing and report production and automated distribution.
The service is well suited to large and global organizations which have knowledgeable resources to internally address most of the Telecom Expense Management processes.
TEMCare Base Analytics Services are delivered in a SaaS type Managed Service, giving access to the TEM team through the TEMPOR portal to Convergence analytical software and other portal supported applications.
The service is ideally suited to MidMarket and Corporate customers with a TEM focus on business intelligence for visibility and control through exception reporting.
The service provides in outsourced invoice management processing, where Convergence operational team takes care of invoice acquisition, loading and monitoring and report production and automated distribution.
The service is well suited to organizations which have sufficiently knowledgeable resources to internally address most of the Telecom Expense Management processes and rely on Convergence to provide them with insight from Business Intelligence.
