  • Reconciliation of actual calls based on CDR from PBXs and wireless devices against invoiced calls from carriers.
  • Compares invoiced duration of calls against the duration of calls from the call accounting system (CDR) on a call-by-call basis.
  • Verifies number of calls on the invoices versus number of calls from the CDR or wireless devices.
  • Results from the reconciliation of phone bills average 3% to 8% according to most analysts.
